How to make:
- Heat the pan and pour some olive oil into it.
- Add finely chopped Garlic pieces into the pan.
- Now Add two bowls of spinach into the pan.
- Put Salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Add ricotta and basil into the mixture.
- Mix it well and make little balls of the mixture.
- Take two Zucchinis and peel them off and cut them into slices.
- Keep two slices vertically and put two slices horizontally upon it.
- Put the balls in between the slices.
- Take a dish and fill it with Marinara.
- Add the filled Zucchini into the dish.
- Add some mozzarella cheese.
- Cook with oven for a few seconds.
