What type of fitness tools should I get?
Tools are the gamechanger; with the correct tools, you can burn ten times more calories than without them. There are plenty of tools you can use to take your fitness game to the next level.
We are going to discuss here a few tools based on their function, cost, and the space they use.
1. Yoga Mat: The yoga mat is made with soft and comfortable foam type material. It is
essentially used to do a peaceful deep-breath-meditation or ending a tough workout with stretching.Space: A yoga mat, when open, is around 6 feet long and 2 feet wide. When you have finished exercising, you can fold it again and put it horizontally against the wall. It is so lightweight; therefore, you can carry it anywhere with you.
Cost: It will cost you from 10$ to 100$ depending upon the quality, size, and thickness of the mat.
2. Treadmill: You can run miles in the corner of your room with this wonderful equipment; this tool is excellent for the cardio workout.Space: The standard size of a treadmill is 3 feet wide and 6 feet long. You can keep a treadmill in the corner of the room.
Cost: Treadmills come with multiple cost options depending upon the quality; it will cost you in between 150$ to 3,000$
3. Dumbbells: Dumbbells are your go-to fitness companions; with them, you can perform multiple exercises targeted to different parts of your body like cardio, bicep, or chest.
Space: Dumbbells come according to the weight number, they come in different variants from 1KG to 100KG, and the size varies according to their weight. We recommend starting with the lesser size and increasing with time.Cost: The cost depends upon their weight; the heavier is the size, the higher the cost will be. You can expect to pay 2 to 3$ per 1KG.
4. Jump rope:
Jumping rope is an effective exercise. A study showed that ten minutes of jumping rope is as beneficial as thirty minutes of a jog.
Cost: A Jump rope may cost you around 3$ to 100$ according to the quality and length.

ReplyDeleteIt has fully emerged to crown Singapore's southern shores and undoubtedly placed her on the global map of residential landmarks. I still scored the more points than I ever have in a season for GS. I think you would be hard pressed to find somebody with the same consistency I have had over the years so I am happy with that.
